"Great base for exploring Birmingham, convenient for public transport (although the bus does stop at midnight on Saturday!) Comfortable, if basic - the one recommendation I'd make to the owners is to get a curtain for the back door, as you do get woken up by the sun in the morning"

"Great communication and quick replies, all the relevant details were sent through with photos of how to access the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in it. Comfortable sofa and bed, all seemed very new and well looked after, it was perfect! Nice and quiet and we had great nights sleep, we stayed 2 nights and it was perfect! We highly recommended this apartment and would stay again! Thanks so much! "

"I was unable to get any response from the host despite over 7 attempts during the day to get the access code or advise them of my time of arrival as advised by Hotels.com. This meant I was unable to access/use the apartment I paid for. Following a complaint outlining times/how I attempted to contact the host I was advised I was getting no refund with no justification. This feels unacceptable."
