"It's so clean because it's new, the garden is pretty, and the staff is so kind. It's a little quiet, so it's not crowded and it's good to go out nearby by bicycle or Didi. Breakfast is delicious and laundry service is free, so I used it well. I want to use it again on my next visit to Hangzhou! However, it was a little disappointing that there were no English-speaking employees because it was a place where many locals went. If that was solved, it would be perfect."

"Hôtel impossible à trouver, car la bonne adresse et le bon numéro de téléphone ne figurent pas sur le site Expedia. Leur bâtiment a été détruit et ils n'arrivent pas à changer l'adresse sur le site, leur téléphone n'était plus attribué et nous n'avons reçu que leur dernier message au dernier moment, alirs que nous allions payer un autre hôtel. Expérience très stressante. Le lit était trop dur et nous avons eu très mal au dis le matin."
