The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. We were early for check in so dropped our bags and checked out the area. As it was a Sunday the pedestrian streets were busy. The area is very convenient to West lake . Would recommend the hotel and there are some very good restaurants in a mall just 5 minutes away.One is Green Tea and the other is Grandmas place.

The hotel’s location is fantastic! So close to Westlake and the shopping malls, all within walking distance. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice.
Wished the opening hours of the pool was earlier and not 11.30am.
