清潔さ、部屋の品質、非常によかった。場所が暗くて細い裏路。探しまわった。繁華街から遠いので、バイクレンタルがベター。人は非常に親切で家族みたい。また泊まりに行きたい。

場所がかなり分かりにくい。グーグルマップではかなり細い道を入っていくが、実はもう1本隣の道が正解。夜は暗くて物騒に見えるので旅行で泊まる人は怖いかもしれない。事前にメールで電話してくれたら案内すると連絡をしてくれたのも良い。英語OK。車は近くまでは来れるが途中から歩かないといけない。途中から上をずっと見ているとBLUE ＨＯＭＥという道案内の看板が何か所かある。室内は写真通り綺麗で快適だった。日本のテレビは見れない。

Never again - I stay in better hostels for less

Ok- This place is bad. 1. Service? None 2. Cleanliness? It is a little gross, do not look too close. 3. Comfort? Hard stained sofa and ??? 4. Condition? Old and well used. 5. Local Area? Tucked back in a alley away from the main road. The add is deceiving: 1. It indicated that there was a living room, bedroom, kitchenette, and separate sitting area. No, the separate sitting area, living room and kitchenette was all the same small space. 2. It indicated that there was self-serve laundry. No, you must give your laundry to the staff and pay them to do it for you. You then get it back in a pile of rolled mess. 3. It indicated that parking was free. No again, I asked about parking for my friend who visits and picks me up (I paid for two adults and I do not have a motor bike). The Reception (was a joke) stated that there was not a problem. The first time I did not come with or meet my friend they made her pay to park. Do not even think about a car parking here, you can not even get one to the place. If you do not have a motorbike you will walk your luggage a ways to the hotel. 4. Best one: security? Look out for the staff! On my last night, I left and came back about 10 minutes later - a member of the staff was going through my room. I never did get a good vibe from anyone at the place. I asked what he was doing in my room - he said it was his room, and showed me his key. We had a I polite moment before he left. 5. you are warned!

WARNING - RENT AS LAST RESORT.

Ok for the money you get a quite room and that would be great! WARNING: 1. The last night I was staying in the room, I left and came back 10 minutes later. I was obviously unexpected! I came back to see my door wide open and a member of the hotel staff going though my room. This is why you never leave valuables in your room. Do not use the safes either. I have other lovely things to say about this hotel, but this says it all. Since I booked this hotel with two reservations I will expand on my next review.

Smart staff

I was planning to stay for a day, but I stayed for a few more days because the room conditioner was good and the staff was kind.There were some bad points about the location, but a friendly staff(mr.truong) guided me well.He is good at communicating in English. He also had a good grasp of the concept of hotel service, so he solved the problem quickly and flexibly even when faced with various situations. It provided the best service of all the hotel employees we met during our trip to Hanoi. Thanks to him, this hotel remains a better memory.

It was a little walk from the main road but it is well worth it. The receptionist speaks great English, is very nice and cute. We were given a larger room since they had the space. It was great to easily explore Hanoi and then come back for air conditioned room and nice shower. The laundry lady is so nice too but she doesn't speak English. It was a wonderful stay and we stayed another day as well. Check-in time was super easy and really happened whenever we got to the apartment building which made it convenient as we traveled to Sapa and came back super early. Please stay here for a lovely stay in Hanoi!
