"I messed up on the reservation and Lance was so amazing and accommodating. The parking was right outside our door. The breakfast was delicious and they restocked right away when something ran out. We like having coffee in the room as well. my only issue was the restroom fan was not quiet. We like lots of pillows and there were 4 on each bed!!!"

"The first room was filthy. The door to thw bathroom seems to ha e previously kicked in and the lock was cracked, there was still a footprint on the door. The sheets had cigarette burns and old gum. The air conditioning smelled of mold when turned on. When I complained the guy at the desk was very nice and upgrades my room however that one had evidence of bedbug treatment and the ac snelled even more heavily of mold"

"There were dead cockroaches under the beds and in the corners in the first room we were given. The tub looked like someone had been dropping firecrackers in it, the walls were cracked, and there was what looked like blood on the lampshade. When I complained we were given a room that was obviously updated more recently (after being asked to prove the cockroaches were there by emailing pictures from the room) but it was still run down with cracks in the shower tile, and chips in the tub. The AC fan only had one setting (full blast) that was ridiculously loud. The “breakfast” was waffles (good) cereal and pastries (meh) and fruit (completely rotten) that you can only eat in the dining room, no taking food back to your room or out with you. Oh and hard boiled eggs that were pealed and set out on the counter completely uncovered and not chilled."
