"Rooms were very tired, as was the rest of the hotel, except the reception and lobby area. Sea view from room was lovely, but balcony furniture was very basic. Public bathrooms were in desperate need of renovation, not on par with Hiltons usual standards. This is certainly not a 4 star hotel and not worth the $400 + per day. "

"The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. Even though it was close to the airport the atmosphere and vibe was very nice and chill. The pool was lovely and the bartenders were engaging. I would definitely stay there again!"

"Staff was good, not clean at all. LOUD every single morning and night we were woken up to people yelling and hearing people through the walls. The walls are paper-thin, the rooms fridge and alliances don’t look like they have ever been cleaned. The bugs are horrid. No restaurant and it took over two days to get towels even though I called and sent two text messages. It’s under construction so it feels a little Chaotic. The hideabed was so gross with stained all over. The bathrooms are not clean at all. We were lectured by an employee because one of us didn’t have our wrist band on. I’m not paying money to walk around with a wrist band when I have my room key. This hotel would be a hard pass for me. I stay at Hyatt’s all the time and there has never been a worse one we’ve stayed at. The beach is gorgeous there but the pool is meh. "

"This hotel has always been a great and convinient stay when flying out of SJU. The staff is friendly and attentive, rooms are spacious, and location ia only a short ride away to restaurants and points of interest in San Juan. Highly recommended ! "

"The room was clean and nice, the staff were kind and helpful. Why not 5 stars from me? Well I recommend researching PR Food and Wine festival which is hosted at the resort. We were told that the very loud music would end at 10pm but it didn’t end until 12A Friday and Saturday. Due to this event you aren’t able to access the full property to include all the pools and the open pools close early. While the room appeared clean there was black mold in the bathroom sink’s overflow hole. I did make staff aware and I think it may be addressed. In all I’d say expect what’s advertised unless something is going on."
