"Clean room, safe area, parking, excess to local attractions and highway. WiFi was available. The pool was a little overcrowded. Shay at the front desk was non empathetic when asking her questions and voicing a small concern about breakfast at Moxies. Treated us like we didn’t belong but all other staff was excellent. We asked Shay about the breakfast and assumed we would get a voucher but told us we needed to pay the $18 in a rather COLD attitude. "

"I was not aware that the hotel was under construction when I booked. The complimentary breakfast was prepackaged muffins and oranges and apples. Not what I expected. The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable however we did not have any housekeeping at all. "

"In the past, I have traveled quite a lot. I remember the Fairfield brand bedding being quite a lot nicer than that in this property. The woman named Dot on the front desk is an excellent representative for your company"
