“The staff and customer service were excellent, everyone was very friendly, professional and very helpful..the room was nice and clean, bed and pullout sofa bed were very comfortable..the only reason I gave a low star rating was because, some of the charging ports in the bedroom did not work, and none of the phones worked, we let front desk know, they were gonna take care of the problem, but they never did. The breakfast was good, but it seemed to get cold fast..”

“Our flight was cancelled so we needed a hotel for the night. Crown plaza was available and they didn’t disappoint. It was reasonably priced, clean and updated. It was comfortable and the staff were friendly. They offered free snacks in the evening for all guests and what most impressed us is the free breakfast. It wasn’t your normal complimentary service.
