Quiet nights. 24/hr staff service. National Guard walks the neighborhood so you can walk safely at all hours. Highly recommend this place"

"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."

"Comfortable room but no desk or table at which to sit and write; pillows too large, puffy, overstuffed. What is with the tendency of hotels to have massive impractical pillows? Otherwise, very helpful staff, good location, clean property."

The lobby was particularly unpresentable and failed to create a welcoming first impression. Overall, the condition and upkeep did not meet expectations, and significant improvements are needed in both appearance and overall management."
