"Breakfast is a wonderful amenity at this hotel. They have plenty of options on what to eat and much more than you would expect, like waffles, sausage, fried potatoes, yogurt, cereal and toast or biscuits and gravy. My favorite place to stay when we visit my son in Everett. "
"Parking was easy and safe, check in and staff were great. Room was clean, bed was soft and comfy had basic shower soaps etc.
Breakfast was unfortunately not very good. Waffle was only good thing as it was fresh made, cold butter and no sugar free syrup for my diabetic husband. Orange juice which other than coffee and water was all there was tasted like bitter medicine, coffee was terrible.
Yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toasted breads were probably ok but that's all that was available. For the area and room price was pretty good and other than Breakfast we would stay again. "
"Place was great, third week I am here, always been quiet but last time in room 403 something it was so loud, ventilation or RTU, I could not sleep. But overall it was always good my stay."
"The room was ok. Lighting was poorly placed. The way the doors operate, were constantly slamming shut, up and down the hallway.
Breakfast was really good and staff were very accommodating."
"When I arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed very nonchalant and didn’t appear to care much about my stay or concerns. The Wi-Fi was also down during my visit, and when I spoke to one of the associates downstairs, she said she had no idea what was going on and that guests simply couldn’t use the hotel Wi-Fi at the time.
On the positive side, the hotel is in a wonderful location. It’s within walking distance of a Starbucks, which was great for getting coffee in the morning.
Unfortunately, there were a few other downsides. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the floors appeared very dirty, as if they had not been properly mopped or maintained."
"It is an old hotel in need of repairs and remodeling but it was adequate and low priced! The only issue I had was noisy people pounding on doors outside my room at night. Also I could only get 1 channel on the TV."
