"I like the place for my first time visiting New York. Although everything I was expecting to be in the hotel room was not there. I would have wanted a microwave inside the room so people like myself can warm or heat up the food. Other then that it was nice and it had everything else I wanted."

"Box spring mattress was broken on one of the beds and mattress wasn’t comfortable on both beds, I asked for a discounted rate because of the beds and just got a sorry that happened to you."

"In the morning I couldn't receive a receipt that I needed because nobody was there in the front desk. And still haven't been shared after 5 hours passed from the check out time ended. The room was not like the one originally promised to have. Dissappointing."

"Rooftop was closed for repairs. Rooms and facility very clean but too many rooms in relation to elevators and public spaces. Lobby and dining always crowded. Great location"
