“It was clean”

“The bathroom was dirty in our room but we didn’t notice it until we returned from our concert we were attending. There was pube hair on the floor, the top ledge of the shower was filthy, the sink had dried toothpaste on the faucet and there was toothpaste spittle on mirror. We will likely never stay at that location again.”

“The room smelled horrible. My son slept on the pull-out bed (couch) no sheets, no pillows and no blanket were provided. Heard people yelling all night long. Will not stay here again will traveling.”

“This property is on a 4 lane road with lots of traffic. Unfortunately if you get a room facing the street, it sounds like the vehicles are driving thru your room. When I brought this up to the front desk, she says , yes we know people complain about this all the time, so you should have got a room on the back side. Because I booked this thru Expedia, I received no help at the hotel. I would never stay here again.”

“WiFi never worked, even when asked. Rooms and beds were clean. Door was not sealed so insects could easily get in, and they did.”

“Rooms have been recently updated with paint and new mattresses, the pool was open and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was warm and friendly.”

“We appreciated the clean room and helpful staff. It is also close to some restaurants. It would have been helpful to have some more low carb/sugar free options for my husband who is diabetic. I appreciated the almond milk for my coffee, but it would have been nice to have some gluten free bread or cereal.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. We were pleased to find a bible in a night stand which used to be standard in all hotel rooms. The breakfast was excellent. We would stay here again if ever in the area.”

“We were there for a softball tournament and traveled with our dog. This property has a great space outside for the doggies. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but the breakfast was good and its close to restaurants.”

“Did not know there was no elevator. Had an elder person with me and was put on the 3rd floor. It's an old building and didn't seem to be well maintained. The beds were on wheels and kept moving every time you moved in the bed. The hallways and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were 3 of us and only got one key. When I asked for a second one, I was told she didn't have anymore.”
