"The flat was nice, spacious, well-furnished and had beautiful massive windows (lots of sunlight). The washing machine was very handy to have. However, it could have been cleaner (there was dust on the floor [clean but as if not cleaned recently or cleaned but not thoroughly & small square pillows in bedroom were disgusting - yellowish from peoples' sweat). A drawback is that there is no sound proof and it is easy to get distracted by noises from the street. Also, there was no tissues at all...

"i came there and that didn't let me check in. said it's only for families and didn't found my reservation, although i show them the improving mail. that don't speak a word in english and it was the worst experience. truly i don't know if that charge me even or not..."

My family and I loved the apartment, so clean, everything you need you’ll find the kitchen was full, the bathroom was clean with the washer mashing, the wi fi was so fast and strong internet, Anwar the manger was very kind and helpful, He’s available anytime for your help! "Location is good and the room was spacious but the room was without AC, with a very small congested bath room without any ventilation."

"I had to book this additional night just to be able to check out at 4 pm because the front desk employee said they are fully booked and can not give me a late checkout so infront of him I booked an additional night and told him apparently you are not fully booked and informed the manager of what happened and she said oh you just booked the last room."
