Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. “The communication from the hotel was excellent, and accessing the room later in the day via the key box was no problem at all. The location is great—just a short walk to the beach and shops. The room was clean, though definitely a bit tired. The carpets were grubby, and the wallpaper could use some attention. Still, for the price, it was perfectly adequate.

“We booked a delux double and boy was it value for money. Beautiful spacious room, giant,comfortable bed, 2armchairs,dressing table and to top that off French doors to a small balcony, overlooking the pier and sea front. Bathroom was also spacious with great shower and a large jacuzzi bath with a TV! (which was delightful). Evening meal was basic but tasty and good value for money. Definitely recommend and will come and stay again. ”
