“Everything you need for a perfect stay with spotless accommodation. Great leisure amenities with lovely pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Onsite bar and restaurant serving excellent food. Staff go out their way to make your stay enjoyable. Cromer town is a short walk or taxi ride away.”

“We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again ”

“The room was exceptionally spacious and full of character. Many hotels are a bit soulless but this is far from the case here. The staff were professional, friendly and always with a smile. I've seen a few reviews have commented on 'hidden charges' - breakfast isn't included but this is clear from the very start and there's no pressure to eat here in the morning. If you do, however, the food is excellent (we had dinner) and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“There is no suitable for business man. There is a WIFI. But very slow and not contact very often. \I can't use WIFI in hotel room. Just lobby can use WFI. If toy have business trip not good for this hotel. Only take a rest and do enjoy time is good for this hotel.”

“축구장옆이라서 방에서도 축구장이 보입니다. 마침 경기가 있어서 티켓을 구매해서 바로 옆이라 편하게보고 왔습니다 노리치 기차역에서 걸으면 15분정도 걸립니다 짐없으면 걸을만하구요 10분거리에 대형쇼핑몰이 크게있어서 장보고 먹는데 부담없고 나이키할인매장과 H&M이있습니다. 해가 일찍지는관계로 금방어두워져서 쇼핑몰에서 호텔까지 밤에 혼자걷기는 좀 무섭습니다.체크인을 하고 짐을 맡아주어서 부담없이 시간을 보내다 왔습니다.직원들 친절합니다.방은 좀 춥구요”

“Amazing stay, staff super friendly, great size apartment with all this amenities you could need. Fantastic location and felt safe walking late at night even though it’s off the main streets, bed comfortable. Great shower, would highly recommend. Overall soundproof but may need earplugs ”

“What a wonderful B&B to stay at, so close to Thursford Christmas Spectacular show, literally a 5 minute walk away. The staff ( who are employed by Thursford) are so charming and very accommodating with every wish and desire. Everything was spotless and every amenity you could ask for in the room (Ivy). The choice of breakfast ( of which there is plenty) is excellent and cooked fresh to order. Would we stay there again? A resounding Yes and thankyou again to all the Staff who made the one night...

“Fantastic hotel really with loads of character set in lovely grounds running down to the river. Small personal homely feel not a bland corporate Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Probably one of the best spa facilities that I haves ever visited the beer spar was a first for me and greatly enjoyed thanks to Macy for the great back and neck massage. Evening meal food was fantastic.”

“Great one night stay at the King's Arms. The staff were welcoming and attentive throughout. Couldn't work out how to use the TV and a nice chap came up immediately to sort it. Couldn't fault the clealiness. Great shower. Continental breakfast in a bag contained flapjack, apple, juice, croisant, butter and jam and a porridge pot. Had a great evening meal in the pub. Very friendly place and would stay again. Thank you. ”
