"I felt that the staff was aggravated that we were in the halls. I felt uncomfortable when they blocked elevators with carts and groups talking and I had to actually say excuse me and they didn't move. I am not sure they were able to understand the way they are conducting themselves was unprofessional. I did not feel like a guest who was valued. The hot tub was not adjusted properly and the jets were out of control. Not relaxing at all."
"Advertised as non-smoking, but was clearly a smoking room on the past, based on the smell. We opened the door and left the fan on for a few hours to air it out. Bed was good, which was primary concern. Hard floors were dirty. Entry floor in room was warped/peeling up and could be a hazard. Bathroom sink was loose from wall and faucet was also loose on sink. I believe this was one of the older rooms, as others across the drive looked newer, so apparently you need to make sure you ask for a newer one. It was set at the back of the property by trees/grass and had a small metal table/chairs out front of the unit, so we had dinner out there, which was probably the best part of the experience. Common areas looked clean, breakfast was good, and staff was friendly. We would visit again, as long as they had true non-smoking rooms available."
"Very old hotel, need new furniture. Carpets and floors need cleaned, slid on the floor and my feet were filthy after walking on the carpet. Everything provided was of cheapest quality. Breakfast was one of the worst we’ve had, one day everything was cold. My first and last time at a Baymount"
"The stay was very nice but not worth $300/nt price for that location. We didn’t feel especially comfortable walking outside the hotel because of the homeless close around."

"I will never stay here again. I have stayed here twice already for work, but the second time has gotten me to finally just write a review. You're paying a good bit for breakfast that isn't good. At that point you're forced to buy from the cafe next to check in. The rooms smell and furniture is falling apart, couches felt unclean exactly like how a motel would leave them. It was like this the first time I stayed as well. Shower gets so hot that you could burn yourself. (It's the smallest adjustment of the knob to go from cold to scorching hot.) The morning I was leaving, that was not the first thing on my mind just waking up and ended up burning myself when I stepped in and ended up slipping and twisting my ankle. I only addressed it to the front desk to make sure they know that their water was capable of physically scorching people. A very young staff just dismissed me being sarcastic about how the shower works like I was an idiot who didn't know how water works. Another lady wrote down my name so she could "address it to the manager" later which I know she wouldn't so I don't know why she would waste both our times. This isn't exactly on the hotel but it is very noisy in general in the evenings and the hotel seems to have events pretty late or people returning from events. Children were screaming and running up and down the halls. It felt like there was a party right outside my room every night."
"What a remarkable hotel. It might be one of the favourites of my entire tour across the United States. It is spectacular in every way. A gorgeous facility, a beautiful bar, amazing food, and a wonderful staff. Thanks to all of you at the V. ♥️"
"The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. We needed a room on the first floor due to health issues. They accommodated our request with no problem. The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and decorated nicely. The staff was very helpful and friendly."
"I used to stay at this hotel a lot and 2016 and it pretty much looks the same as it did then it could really use a facelift that being said though the rooms are immaculately clean. I messed up my booking through Expedia and the clerk at the front desk was so wonderful with helping me get it fixed. Expedia totally failed me, but the clerk at Green Stay literally saved my day and allowed me to go ahead and check in. I was very very impressed with the treatment I was given at check-in."
