The bed was comfortable but it was supposed to be a king size but it was a queen. I don't think they know what a real king size bed is in the UK! The whole place was pretty dirty and the outside was a disgrace - long grass, unkempt, trash around the side of the house. This is just a regular house with rented rooms. The owner happened to be there when we arrived, otherwise I don't know how we would have checked in. He didn't seem to be aware of our booking. He is a nice enough fellow but needs some education in how to keep a place nice. We had to wash the cups before we used them and one of them had an invisible crack that allowed my coffee to leak all over the counter! Sharing the bathroom with other guests was a hassle. Nor really worth the price we paid for a night.

Refund Please

On arrival I was asked for more money to stay at this residence. An extra £60 for my 2 week 3 night per week booking. After a long day and no signal to cancel my reservation with hotels.com, I reluctantly paid. Very disappointed with the shared shower rooms and the 2nd week another guest was given the key to my room and actually entered my room when I was in residence. I will never book this guest house again and to cap it all I asked for a receipt for the extra £60 and never received it.

It was such a horrible experience. Please make sure to do a refund back to my account asap. I couldn't check in and couldn't contact the staff at the residence. It was one of the occupants who called a different number and I was told it was full booked and they have had 9 cancellations because their system still allows people to book even when it is full. This is not just terrible but very EVIL. Never ever booking anything as such again. Please refund my money to me ASAP

Du må børe klar over at innsjekk foregår mellom kl 12 og 17. kommer du etter dette, må du ringe et telefonnummer. Her svarer imidlertid ingen. Jeg var heldig, fordi det var en annen gjest der, som gav meg et annet telefonnummer. Fikk etterhvert kode til nøkkelboks. Damen jeg snakket med, snakket meget dårlig engelsk. Rommet var veldig lite, og det var ekstremt lytt. De hadde plassert en lampe på det lille nattbordet, men det var dessverre ingen stikkontakt der, slik at lampa ikke kunne brukes. Når jeg da skulle dra ut, etter et par timer med avslapping, var det en som jobbet på overnattingsstedet. Han ville vite hvor mye jeg hadde betalt, og klaget meget kraftig over summen jeg betalte. Dette føltes meget ubehagelig. Denne seansen tok nesten 20 min, og førte til at jeg ble forsinket til møtet jeg hadde. Meget uproffe. Anbefaler ingen å bo på denne plassen
