โThis was a top notch stay! Loved it all. The room was lovely and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was so good! The high points for me were the beautiful garden. Wow! It takes a lot to maintain it in that pristine condition. Will be back again for sure. It was only a 12 minute drive from Riverbend/PNC Pavilion. โ
โAbsolutely Loved this Property Malia at the Front Desk was Amazing!!! She was so kind and helpful with anything we needed !! The parking was very easy across the street and was around $12.50 or so to park overnight . We walked to Great American Ballpark for a Reds game and there were plenty of dining options to choose from . We are Definitely planning on staying here again !!! Walked Down Sycamore to get to the ballpark !! They also have dining and bar onsite .โ
โthe hotel was so nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best bed and pillows ever! the temperature was great too, we love it cold and it was accomplished in the room! the shower was kind of weird, having to put your hand through the window to turn on the shower. also the shower head was way too high for us short people to reach! will definitely stay there again when in cincy for the night!โ
โThe toilet seat in our room was loose and when my son sat on it the seat went sideways and broke. I notified the front desk and the staff were courteous and willing to take care of it right away. Great staff! โ
โWe booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.
Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on โฆ....
โVery clean rooms! the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and cordial. The lobby itself is very retro and chic. The king bed my wife and I slept in was so comfortable! And our view we had on the 21st floor was Jaw dropping :) perfect for going to a football/baseball game and exploring local restaurants!
