Love it!

The room was nice. I enjoyed the outdoor openness of the hotel. I’ve already booked this same hotel 2 more times and will continue staying at this location when I visit.

Our room had a wonderful bed, king size, soft and just right firmness. The refrigerator was great to put our drinks in for the next day. Unfortunately, while they have been working on upgrading a few fixtures, the room badly needed a coat of paint. The floor had recently been redone and was good too. We weren't there for amenities or luxury so it did the job. Staff on check in was friendly and efficient. It looked like a great place for bikers on the AT a they had several things in the office for them.

Room wasn't quite ready when I arrived, but manager was SUPER friendly and it was ready in minutes. It may not be a Hilton, but for the price, you can't really beat it. A simple, no-frills room for a night.

Interesting property. Seems to cater to hikers in the area. They had a Friday night karaoke event for charities, and it was alternately execrable and excellent (as karaoke often is). Best version of "The Prayer" that Chris and I have ever heard. The owner was quite friendly on check in, and fine during subsequent encounters. Be advised, this is a family operation, and if the family goes to eat in town, your phone calls to the desk will go unanswered. We had an oil stained sheet, on check in, that we wanted to be replaced, and they weren't there. But they fixed it that night. But otherwise, a good place to stay. Overall enjoyed it.

ne and my fiancee left with pink eye the dust behind the dresser was 4 inches deep. the bathroom fooor hadnt been mopped for a very long time and the police showed up a few times because during the night. no sleep no rest no relaxation no serenity.
