Unfortunately, the mattress was quite hard on my back, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. If the hotel updated the mattresses, this would easily be a 5-star experience! Other than the sleep quality, everything else was perfect."

It was nothing overly elaborate, but it was a thoughtful touch that really hits the spot when you are on a budget or simply tired after a long day and want to unwind.
