Property and rooms were clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love how close of a drive it is to get anywhere I need (food, shopping, coffee..) I feel comfortable parking my car on the premises also.

I arrived at my favorite hotel and my favorite room—on top of everything being impeccable and full of feel in home ! They have wonderful coffee here—everything is wonderful. I’m at a loss for words to describe how good I feel at this hotel. Maria, the housekeeper and JYM, does everything to keep my room clean and smelling fresh. She is an excellent housekeeper; I really like her—I can't live without Maria AND JYM anymore lol 😍 I want to thank the entire team at for making me feel so comfortable and welcome at this hotel, which feels like a second home to me.

Definitely will stay there again, when traveling I book at HGI properties. This one is clean, quiet, and centrally located to much of the greater Portland area. My only complaint with this particular HGI is they do not stock any single malt scotch at the bar. Is it too much to ask to have at least one bottle of scotch for your guests? Otherwise all was as expected and a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was attractive, very clean, and the staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. We stayed on a king size bed. Unfortunately the bed felt very hard to both of us and we complained to each other about it, wishing that the mattress was more comfortable. Firm, but soft top would have been great. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.

Clean room and staff was very knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was just right and the coffee was just what I needed in the morning. There is self parking around the hotel so it was very easy to stay there and have no additional fee to park my car. I will stay here again.
