Cozy, quaint, and quiet

Was what we expected. It was cozy and quiet. Our apartment was 3 minutes to beach, 4 minutes to indoor pool. Couch and master bed were uncomfortable to me, a little stiff. The pillows were like pancakes -- flat, but we managed. Left a day early to become grandparents. We will look at booking again if in the area. Thanks for the use of your facility.

It was an incredible deal considering the extra room, view, balcony and kitchen, and was nearly the same as a double room. The secluded beach was fun to explore and fish and the pools and spa were great.

Seamless experience, communication prior to arrival was fantastic. Arrived later than expected by about 5 hours, not a problem, as location was prepared for our arrival and access to unit was immediate. Located right off the beach on Hilton Head Island. Great time and experience.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
No hot water the whole week we were there. No one fixed it and we were not moved to a different until. Floors were filthy and not all bedding was cleaned before our arrival. They do not provide more then 1 roll on Toilet paper, paper towels and 1 garbage bag for each can. And there was nothing in desperation stating we needed to provide these things. Had to drive 7 miles out of the way to pick up keys to even get in. Management didn’t can about our problems!
