“Staff was friendly and fun. The room was comfortable and clean. We loved it there. Some helpful feedback is that the shuttle was handy but since there were 2 different loops, it was always confusing to riders which one they should get on, meaning only by asking the driver would you know.. no sign on it. The Japanese restaurant was average as they did not have many popular japanese foods that we were looking for. The restaurant, piano bar and cigar lounge were always pretty empty. This is definitely a relaxing older crowd resort, no party vibes AT ALL. Also, the rooms were freezing.
