“This was a much needed vacation for us and we did enjoy it. A couple of things which were not so great was our day of arrival. It took much too long to get our luggage delivered to the room. “The rooms, amenities, restaurants and food were awesome. The only hiccup was at the fesca bar was tough to get service at times. Never when Julian was working. He was amazing where ever he was scheduled and it seemed like he was everywhere. Lol Always walking around with a smile on his face checking on everyone to see they had everything they needed. Special shout out to our VIP concierge Josè Miguel Jimenez. I have never had a concierge before and now I don't if I could vacation without one....
