“Great location, right in old town Sonora, walking distance to everything. Motel and room were good,. Staff very pleasant and helpful. however, this is the second time I have stayed here this year, and both times the soap/shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. This time I was advised of a $6 parking fee at check-out which neither Expedia nor the hotel staff advised me of before or during check-in. They also do not accept cash at the front desk ... had to pay for a $2 bottle of water...

“Pros: great front desk staff, clean room, spacious room, convenient location Cons: property is a bit sketchy, it is a smoking property and people smoke on the balcony, there were 8 tv channels, trash and towels were not picked up from outside (housekeeping must be scheduled 24 hours in advance), breakfast was lackluster (cereal, bread, one kind of yogurt, juice boxes, no decaf coffee). All in all, it was not a bad experience, but I would not stay there again.”

“Very pleased with everything and will definitely book again”

“Cost was way to much for what was offered”

“A very special place with very welcoming staff. Highly recommend as an alternative to the standard hotels and as an experience on its own.”

“I stayed in the cottage room. The room was quiet, spacy and clean. Serves cold breakfast with coffee. Would stay again.”

“Wonderful relaxing stay. We'll be back. Thanks Launa”

“Excellent location, helpful staff, wonderful amenities!!”
