"My husband and I had a lovely stay here for one night during our road trip. The whole place is self serve, we didn’t see any staff. The room was small and cozy but had everything we needed. We stayed in the Little Porter room right across from the shared bathroom and right next to the communal kitchen. Loved how the whole place was decorated. This was such a fun find! I would definitely stay here again if ever in the area."

"Great cozy place. Went for our Anniversary. Close to Lake Placid, white Face Mt., and High Falls Gorge, all the places we wanted to see. Clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, Fresh towels everyday which is great. Fire pit everynight. Great views . Would recommend in a heart beat. Fresh cookies and apples in the lobby. Easiest !!!! check in and out EVER . Keep up the great work"

Check in was smooth and room was clean but only downside is that the room was lil bit dark at night due to lighting availability. There are only two small lampshade that is not too bright to light up the room. Other than, it was good experience to relax in this lodge."
