“An apartment on the top of a Bar & Pizzeria. Really hot in it. Apartment is in great shape bathroom was dirty we bought cleaning product and cleaned it! The host is kind of goofy. Public parking right accross and small walkable town within a block. Don’t stay longer than a night !”

“This is not a 5 star hotel! Note by the bed to say this gift is especially for you - there was no gift so we had to ask at reception what was meant to be there, should have been given a lavender bag Had to ask for the bottle of wine which was part of booking through Expedia Magnifying mirror in bathroom useless - it's stuck on the wall so you have to lean across the sink to actually see in it Stationery folder in room had one moth-eaten postcard and pen marks all over it. “Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und macht insgesamt einen schönen Eindruck. An einigen Stellen merkt man allerdings, dass es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und bot eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.”

“The gentleman who works at the reception is wonderful and very helpful. All staff are helpful.”

“객실도 넓고 깨끗합니다. 특히 직원분들 너무 친절하고 또 묵고 싶은 숙소에요 위치도 구시가지라 넘 편했어요”

“Wir waren positiv überrascht. Wirklich sehr großes Appartement mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine dass wussten wir vorher nicht. Schöne Sicht zum Meer. Allerdings ist der Außenbereich irgendwie noch nicht ganz fertig.”

“We stayed at ALPESA for a week with 2 preteen kiddos. The condo was excellent with two bedrooms and two beautiful bathrooms. Huge living space and two terraces. Communication was beyond excellent! Everything we needed or had a question, the host provided answers within seconds. The pillows were the best I have ever slept on! That’s a huge bonus! The beach is about a 10-15 min walk. Longer if you have kids. We had a car and parking was included in our stay. Supermarkets, bakeries,...

“This unit is spacious, modern and well located within walking distance of the Old Town, a mall and the promenade. Although it is located right off a very busy road (Kotor’s main thoroughfare), the bedroom windows have external shutters that greatly reduce the noise at night. We had no trouble sleeping. The hostess was very quick to respond and offered good suggestions for a day away nearby. There’s a flight of stairs to reach the unit, which is reached through a narrow outdoor hallway facing a...

“I would rate this hotel as about a 1 1/2 star hotel, and the room that I had was one that had issues with the heating system. The overall field is that it was in need of a good scrub down also. It wasn’t a good location though, and the staff was helpful.”
