“The room was nice. Not as big as I thought it would be. The pool area was very small. We did not partake in the pool because there was always screaming kids when we walk by. “ It smelled so good coming in the main doors and in our room, everything was very clean, staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast selection was wonderful. Great bed and shower, plenty of towels. Will definitely stay here again!!”

We reported this to the front desk and got 0 assistance. In addition, our room was never serviced. When we checked in, there was no information provided indicating that our room wouldn't be cleaned.
