A lovely hotel with everything you need . All the staff are very friendly and helpful. In a good location for sightseeing. The only thing I was disappointed with is that we never got to go for breakfast because it ended at 9am I think it would of been better if it was 10am but that’s just my opinion and there probably a lot of business people stay here. All in all a very good hotel

Wonderful and clean little hotel in a quiet area. The rooms were a bit small. The lobby was beautiful and modern and the staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The property was far older than it appears in thd photos and the street it is located on had a lot of construction and rats. There was no bath, the shower leaked and the wallpaper was peeling. Staff were pleasant. Buffet breakfast was ok but limited for western tastes. Once out of that street the location is good. Surrounded by high end shopping and the Opera House.
