This property ispoorly managed, here is the list: No communication how to check in, deceiving which building you're booking. Took one hour to get someone to let you in. The property are molded from the kitchen to the bathrooms. No free parking as listed. No microwave, no toaster, no water bottles, no cables for tv in the bedrooms. No access to the pool. There are missing light in the living room and dirty ceiling. All we get are excuses from the host. I am very disappointed.

Do not book this property.This is a scam.the landlord is like the gangster.in the listing, they wrote that you have free access to the swimming pool, this is NOT TRUE.In Vinhomes, to access the swimming pool, you have to be a residence and you have to access the swimming pool by finger print.The property contact who is not the landlord,he uis the sales guy, is slow in response. He will not pick up the phone (I contact him by whatsapp), only texting. he told me if I need to access the swimming pool, let him know, he will arrange his "staff" to "support" me in accessing the swimming pool. This is not convenient at all. On Saturday (15 March 2025), in the morning, I informed Tinh that I will need to access the swimming pool in 45 minutes, he did not reply. After my 5-6 missed calls, he called back and informed me that at 10am which is 1 hour later, he will have his "staff" went down to the lobby of the building and "support" me in accessing the swimming pool. I waited for 1 hour and at 10am, a landlord called me, introducing her as "Tinh's sister", she said that she needed to explain to me something. I have been very patient with The sales guy from yesterday, and I believe that this is unprofessional. I told the lady: I do not want to hear any explanation then she said she does not want to let me rent the place anymore.her style is like a gangster. expedia should remove this property from the listing as this is a scam
