“The hotel is under new ownership, and the elevator didn’t work, the vending machines were out of order the first room the ac was blowing a wonderful 80’ plus and we had to leave to cool off got back and changed rooms found out the hot tub was out of order as well, the next room half the lights did not work so it was very dark! The shower nozzle was so harsh I thought it was going to peel my skin off!”

“No complaints about the hotel. The bar/restaurant area had a staff member tell me that they had horses in town for their racetrack, but yet no deterrence from flies and gnats swarming around the. Then I had a manager tell me they did. To deal with the insects in closed doors and having conflicting information, I didn’t appreciate.”

“We booked a king bed and were bumped to two doubles because they overbooked. Staff was not accommodating at all. The room had a smell of something burning in it but they were booked so we could not move. Would not stay here again.”

“Well, the walls were dirty, it was noisy from upstairs and from outside the door. The bathroom sink was missing part of the handle and was dirty. The scary part was the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors were missing, with visible ceiling wires and the blow dryer was cracked with exposed wires that started sparking and part of the blade flew out. I would not go back and I can't believe what they charged. I should have left and demanded my money back, but we were tired.”
