“Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)”

“Upon arrival at the hotel, staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, however the temperature of the room was a little confusing to operate and took some time to get warm. Breakfast had vegan options on request and staff were friendly and accomodating. The hotel was right near the NEC which was convenient however there isnt anything else within the vicinity. If you want to link to your genting account, make sure you use the same email on your check in. Overall, great stay. ”
