โThis is one of the "MUST-STAY" hotel in Tokyo.
Hotel is very neat and nicely organized and Breakfast is very sufficient and tasty.
Most of all, hotel staff in front desk, restaurant, and lounge is all supportive and friendly. Every time, I passed by hotel lobby, I feel welcomed from all staff wheter they recognized me or not.
It was very good luck to stay at Toranomon Hills for us!โ

โWe had a great stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The location was excellent โ the metro station was just nearby, making it super convenient to get around the city. Would definitely recommend to others!

โBathroom was broken so water overflows on the toilet. We have troubled approximately 2 hours during fixing it. I felt what is the five star hotels with watching trouble shooting process and their attitude. Furthermore, they do effort to satisfy our inconvenience with free break fast during whole stay. I will choose intercontinental first when I go to overseas countries. โ
