"This is a very good hotel. The first night I stayed at another hotel and it was terrible from A to Z. I found this one, prices were great. For $10 more it was 100X better, clean. Felt safer. Staff was polite and inviting. It felt like i had a mini apartment whuch made my stay so much more worth it. I would def come back. "

"This is a beautiful historic hotel. However, the AC / heating system is not good enough to accommodate the variation of temperatures in spring. We arrived on Thursday night. The weather that day was in the 70s. The room was at 76 degrees, with no choice more than to open the windows in a night that was raining since earlier. I complained to the front desk staff and they say the system is either AC or heat. Period. Their offered a fan which we took to help alleviate the heat inside. We had to sleep with open windows and all the humidity from the rain coming, plus the noise that fortunately wasn't much, but still. I inquired the next day, that was going to be colder , and fortunately the heat wasn't on that day. We ended staying for the additional 2 nights, just because the weather was more favorable. At the price point of this hotel, the lack of ability to regulate the temperature is pretty much unacceptable. So, if you want to stay there, pick winter or summer. Not Spring, not Fall. "

"We’ve been going here for a few years, and are very disappointed that management now allows the pot smoking to go on unabated in this “non-smoking” hotel. Our recent stay was marred by the stench in the hallway, wafting into our room. But the kicker was the 3:00 fire alarm set off by the smokers down the hall. It woke up the entire hotel sending us to the lobby. Won’t be returning. "

"Easy parking convenient to airport lots of restaurants in the area. Also had a free upgrade."

"I stayed at this property June of 2023 and just this past weekend, March 2026 and it was a steep down grade. The hotel is not being kept up-hallway rugs are dirty. My bathroom floor was VERY sticky - my slippers were sticking to the floor. Most likely staying somewhere else when I return to Bethlehem. "

"staff were very nice. our first night we were in the "pet friendly" section and had nonstop barking from next door so they moved us. overall no complaints. thanks for a relaxing weekend. "

"The front desk clerk was unpleasant and did not smile once. She seemed very annoyed and shuffled back and forth slowly as if she was either highly medicated or just extremely tired. The next morning she had the same attitude and told me to "wait" until she was ready to come out of her office in order to assist me up front. At night anys would greet me on my pillows and the nightstand where my water bottle rested. And then to add insult to injury, there was a wasp in the curtains that just hung out there the entire time. I stayed in the hotel one night and by the time it was time for me to leave, the whole entire hotel had lost power. Yep, that meant I had to walk down the stairs in total darkness.And I must admit, I never experienced that at a hotel before. This location was subpar and a terrible experience."
