"Have been coming here for decades. Ever since Marriott took it over, it's lost the luster and appeal that made it a great place to stay. Always understaffed. You are placed on hold forever (if the phone is even answered) to order room service or contact the front desk. Management has an I-don't-care attitude. We are saying goodbye and will start to try other hotels in the area."

"The desk clerk of this property was very kind but the property, and especially the rooms were far from what was expected for $$$ we paid. The room smelled of mildewed sheets and dog dander. The beds slanted - not setting properly on bed frames. Sofa cushions sank into the frames and tiles chipped and lacked grouting in the bathrooms. We actually packed the car an hour after check in and didn’t even stay the night. We called the front desk and advised we left from the road, driving all night to our next destination. I highly recommend choosing a different property. This one just didn’t meet the mark at all for the $$$."
