“This resort is very comfortable. ”

“This property hosts incredible views. The beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. We go frequently for weekend getaways. Coconut Charlie's has excellent food and the staff if friendly. The pool is clean and nice but lacks the tropical feel due to obstructed view with tall chain link fence. Pool feels confining with the gate and need for card access.”

“Our stay was amazing. This resort is gorgeous, good value for the money spent and great location. Valet parking was easy with an app and our car was ready every time we requested it with no issues at all. Check in was easy and painless! Our only issue was there appeared to be some construction type work on the floor above us. There was loud banging the day we checked in and also about 630am the next morning. We politely notified the front desk and asked to please be moved. We were told that...

“The hotel's location is quite advantageous. The beach is just a short stroll away, and shops and restaurants are conveniently situated just across the street. The hotel staff are amiable and obliging. The facilities, though somewhat dated, are maintained in an exceptionally clean condition. The valet parking service is prompt and efficient.”

“Overall, we had a great stay. The only downside was the parking situation we arrived in a Mercedes Sprinter van and the hotel had no accommodations for larger vehicles. Traveling with twins makes logistics already challenging, so having nowhere to park our car added unnecessary stress to our trip. We hope the hotel considers solutions for families with larger vehicles in the future”

“1. Sink and mirror area….. really how cramped could you have made that. Hey here’s an idea move the opening at the closet and make the other areas the closet. 2. Mold in bathroom and FAN IN BATHROOM DOESNT WORK. 3. 2nd floor doors not too safe.. but that Notice on the wall protects liability. Hahaha 4. Shower Floor slick as heck.
