"House was close to the town and there were also several convenience stores nearby. The whole house was cozy and comfortable, with modern features and appliances. There were also many large areas to hang out and have meals together. The top floor was especially nice! Hot water can only be used one bathroom at a time though, which was quite a hassle for large groups. Host was super friendly and accommodating. It's a great place overall!"

"Had a pleasant stay. The owner and his brother were very helpful and friendly. Location is not ideal but is compensated by the shuttle service provided by the owner. You can request for shuttle service to/fro Cheongpyeong or the nearest Gapyeong City Tour Bus bus stop via Whatsapp or Expedia messaging and the owner will do his best to accommodate. There is no front desk or reception, but the owner is quick to respond via messaging."

"Great place to stay! Close to the lake and local restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the bath was amazing. The owners were great! I was 2hours late to check-in due to issues with my bicycle. They had great communication and waited to let me in!!! "

"The communication between owners was poor. There were several insects within the room. Hidden charges required once arrived the property. I was not notified of check out time until 1 hour prior to check out. "

I complained but the owner didn't want to try communicate through a translation app. This was frustrating but her daughter arrived later at the owner's request and was willing to use the translation app. I asked for a different room and she obliged. "Great place, quite far from the slopes. There is a shuttle but it was not consistent and there wasn't a schedule available. Also, if your driving it is difficult to find parking near the slopes so go early. "

"Very clean, very friendly—loved having washing machines in the room and reasonably sized detergent in the downstairs vending machine. Walking distance to the beach and the lake. Great having a convenience store and restaurants on the ground floor! The rooftop terrace was very nice for enjoying a breezy view."
