"Stayed for 4 nights after a cruise. The main quality of this hotel is LOCATION! Right in front of the beach, view is wonderful. It is clean, but the rooms need a bit of renovations (furnitures, remove the carpets, one of our mattress was very old). A bit expensive when you add the "resort fees" (don't know why, this is not a resort), but everything is expensive in Waikiki. In short a good place to stay if you plan to stay in room to sleep. For us, it was the perfect place to stay,"

"You need more mirrors in the rooms. Esp. full body mirrors. Maybe like the ones you have in the fitness center. I only had one mirror in the bathroom and its not very well lit."

"Accommodating. That doesn't seem like much, but being accommodating (and flexible) went a long way to easing the number of variables at play for planning. Wanted a room with two beds instead of one? Sure, np. Oh,now switchback to the original? No problem. Check in late? Not a problem. Check out early? No issues."

"This hotel was clean and updated. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. Best of all was the location just across the street from Waikiki Beach. We appreciated that the Kuhio Restaurant was open early so we could eat before our tours without being rushed. The food was great and the service exceptional. We also enjoyed relaxing at the adult pool and bar. The luau was a lot of fun with an excellent buffet!"
