Over all everything is good. Except when we checked in, There was no parking in the front, as we unloaded, we were treated terrible. Some of the valet folks need to be nice and more helpful since we are the hotel guests.

Hotel staff are nice, however hotel is a little rundown and they nickel and dime you with ridiculous prices. Beautiful beach but they charge $45 for umbrella and $28 per lounge chair, plus parking $69 p/day.

Hilton went over and beyond to make sure me and my family enjoyed our first trip to Hawaii. We had zero bad experiences here. Would definitely take my family here again. Kids were 12 and 9 and they loved it here. Dont hesitant to book here if you're family traveling

The hotel is good, the rooms are old, they need to be renovated, the water in the pool was really cold we ask for a heated pool they sent us around checking another tower but they didn’t have any heating pools, the beach in the back is open we saw people from outside getting in our pool no one was checking at the entrance.

We liked the proximity to the beach. The rooms felt dated, there were problems with the ac daily but they did send someone quickly each time to reset it. We didn’t like that we couldn’t log into our streaming services on the television and were stuck watching regular tv. That felt antiquated and unnecessary and was a major detraction from returning to the resort in the future. They didn’t even have hbo access or even pay per view movies. They gave us a dvd rental card, which meant walking around the resort until you hopefully found one of their dvd kiosks and then there was nothing in it you would want to watch. Pretty much everything closes by 9 pm unless you want to go to a bar, which we don’t, so having something decent for television while we wind down would be preferable. The food was not great. The restaurants we were went to on premises were 2-3 star at best. There is an excellent ice cream shop. Room service has a really good burger. The Italian restaurant on premises is just weird, like the chicken parm I ordered wasn’t served with pasta, but potatoes. It was odd. We did find a good pho place about 1/2 mile away. Overall we still enjoyed our stay but unlikely to stay at the same resort again, especially with the ridiculous amount they tacked on for “resort fees” which were $35 per person per night and there was nothing in the amenities that was worth an extra $70 a day. I expected higher quality. We fell in love with Hawai’i but not the Hilton.

I’ve been coming to Hawaii for years. Always stayed at Hawaiian Hilton village. I’ve just seen the quality of care for the buildings and rooms drop. Hallways and rooms were not vacuumed. Food in the village was the poorest quality I have ever experienced from a resort. The village lost power for hours and my wife and I were stuck in our rooms on the 27th floor. Once elevators started we had to eat in town because village stores and restaurants had no power. It rained all week and the grounds where flooded many stores and shops closed for flooding. There was no entertainment at night. Village bars all shut down. Had to go outside of village for entertainment and Hawaii has become very unsafe. Police sirens all day and night.

Very over priced, expensive parking $65 per day!!! They won’t allow Lyft or Uber to pick up at lobby, pool is over run with small children. $50 resort fee! I’m usually happy with Hilton, but not this time.I paid for a resort view and the host said that means no view.

Clean resort . Dont even have to leave the resort. It has everything: ABC store, Honolulu Cookie Co, Louie Vuitton, starbucks, ice cream, lagoon to paddle board. Really nice resort would definitely return.

We like that all the hotels are of walking distance, there’s a lot of shops and places to grab a bite, they are maintained properly. The staff may need a little more training on what they have to offer, we ask about areas where we wanted to go and they couldn’t help us, we had few questions about the property and we couldn’t get an answer, of course not all staff but I felt like the majority could use the property review. Our rooms were maintained daily we had no issue there the rooms are kept clean everyday. What we didn’t like was that the hotel although is kept maintained it needs renovations it needs to upgrade to 2024 it felt a little outdated with accommodation and looks but we did like the say I would think about staying here again if maintenance, upgrades are made

The shopping and dining options were amazing! Loved the deep beach and views. The property was full of people but we managed to carve out spaves of privacy and relax. No problem getting into the popular restaurants. Would definately visit again....

We stayed a few days ago and after we checked-in, the room key didn’t work, so i have to go down to the check in counter again, for the second time the room key didn’t work again, they have to call security to change the batteries for the door lock. It took extra 30 minutes for us to go inside our room from the moment we arrived there

Loved this place the most out of the three other properties I’ve stayed at in Waikiki (The Ilikai and Marriott Beach Resort). Highly recommend the corner rooms in the Rainbow Tower.

We really enjoyed our stay. This was my second trip to the Hilton Hawiian Village. The grounds are amazing, clean and safe. Staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is nice as you can walk downtown for plenty of shopping and restaurants. The beach is absolutely beautiful.

We called several times to have our bathroom and tub cleaned as we wanted to take a bath. The tub was dirty and showed stans. They just came and made the beds and provided some more towels. We also upgraded to what was called a newly renovated building called the Tapa tower. It was not renovated and show signs of wear and age. So felt like we were missed lead by Hilton. I will not stay here again the price you pay is not wroth it
