"We booked on Expedia and at arrival, the staff at the front desk was high and would not check us in. He stated that the system resets ever night and there was no reservation. We were told we could call the company number and book another room. I was charged through Expedia and am now not being given a refund because the hotel won’t answer. Expedia also attempted to call that night several times and they wouldn’t answer. But I am not given a refund which is unacceptable. "

They’re basically working in a room, but renting it I complained, and he sent me to another room which ended up being a little bit cleaner, but still remodeled unprofessionally there was wood floating floors in the bathroom and when they get wet, they buckle up so I’m gonna work was definitely an not professional"
