"Very attentive, helpful, and nice staff. They are able to help with whatever request you may have. The room is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The private onsen as part of the room was the highlight. We had great views of the mountain and during sunset and sunrise it was just an unbelievable sight. Dinner and breakfast were both amazing, delicious and one of the best meals we had on our trip"

"The Ajisai Onsen Ryokan was an amazing experience. The hotel is small, quaint, peaceful and the Onsen's are fantastic. There are not enough words to describe the staff. Nagi, Namu, Rubi... the Chef, the cleaners were TOP Notch. Stayed for 6 nights and we ordered the 7 course Kaiseki meal for 5 nights. Delicious can't even describe what we ate. "The hotel was incredibly comfortable, clean, and exactly as shown in the photos. After the hustle of Tokyo and Osaka, it was the perfect place to unwind. The room layout was thoughtful, spacious, and designed for real relaxation. The food was amazing: healthy, fresh, and beautifully prepared. The servers made a genuine effort to speak English, which was very much appreciated, and every staff member we met was warm and welcoming. The airport shuttle was a huge help, especially since the walk up to the hotel is uphill. There’s also a bus stop within about 10 minutes, though the incline varies depending on where you’re headed. Overall, I have nothing but praise. I’d happily stay here again."
