"The breakfast was only served from 7 am - 9 am. A short amount of time to serve breakfast. Hotel was clean and smells clean but the building is a little old. There are 2 or 3 steps into the first floor from the lobby, it was a struggle with all our luggage. It is cramped getting on & off the elevators, not much room with 3 suitcases in tow. I appreciate the hotel transportation to the airport. When we stayed at this same hotel last year, the parking was free but we had to pay for parking to leave our car there for the week. "

"I was in Rochester NY for 3 solid days for The Shannon Joy Truth and Wellness Summit. I traveled by car in from Dayton Ohio. All I needed was a place to sleep and put my stuff while in N.Y. Red Roof Inn did that just fine. I'm a busker and I'm used to sleeping in my car overnight...so...having access to a full restroom facility, bed, tv, fridge, microwave...was adequate for me. I require very little. Warm..restroom and shower...secure place for my belongings was all met by Red Roof Inn. If you desire "The Hilton Experience" every time you sleep somewhere other than your house? You will despise RRI. But if you're a person like me who just needs adequate amenities for existence away from the house? You're good. Thanks Red Roof Inn. If I'm in that area of NY again? I'll come back. Peace. "I stayed in a suite (king bed), and loved the room. It was spacious, had a walk in shower, and mirror that was backlit. It was great getting ready, as the lighting was perfect for putting on makeup. I didn’t eat much breakfast, but did have yogurt and fruit. Very clean everywhere in the hotel from the lobby to the hallways and the room. Highly recommend "

"Nice room. Very Clean except the Inside of the Microwave. Walls are thin so You’ll hear voices etc. from both sides."
