โI enjoyed the customer service by my host, Warren. He was so accommodating to my needs and questions. This was far better than a corporate chain of hotels. From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour! I would recommend this place to book whenever you are in Johannesburg, South Africa. I will be booking here again in the future! ๐โ
โBeautiful historic property and lovely room. Really enjoyed the tub, and the outdoor shower was a surprise. Wonderful for anyone who enjoys old estates. โ
โUpon arrival we were greeted by two sweet pups, Molly and Maggie. This instantly made us feel at home. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our change of plans. Plus, the food was outstanding! โ
โSimply the best there is. The facility is beautiful and insulated unkept, but the real treasure are the owners and the staff. JP gets a special mention - heโs awesome. Weโve tried everywhere as weโre in Johannesburg often - but for the past few years we go straight here. โ
โIt is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again โ

โThe trip was good enough for a good price. It was clean enough and the environment was fine.
Just that we did not get house keeping unfortunately and we did not recieve extra towels.
The shower as well was a bit bad, water did not come out right but overall it was great. โ
โThe overall experience was just okayโฆ upon arrival we didnโt get much help because we paid online so that was a problem for them and so we had to wait, the rooms were clean nothing too exciting, we also had to ask for toiletries cause the room wasnโt prepared for us and the dstv wasnโt paid for.โ
