โI enjoyed the customer service by my host, Warren. He was so accommodating to my needs and questions. This was far better than a corporate chain of hotels. From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour! I would recommend this place to book whenever you are in Johannesburg, South Africa. I will be booking here again in the future! ๐โ
โBeautiful historic property and lovely room. Really enjoyed the tub, and the outdoor shower was a surprise. Wonderful for anyone who enjoys old estates. โ
โThe unit was well kept, charming, yet modern. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the shops. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. โ
โIt is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again โ

โThe overall experience was just okayโฆ upon arrival we didnโt get much help because we paid online so that was a problem for them and so we had to wait, the rooms were clean nothing too exciting, we also had to ask for toiletries cause the room wasnโt prepared for us and the dstv wasnโt paid for.โ
โNot good at all I paid when I arrived they said I paid to the wrong person and they cannot help me unless if a repay and the place was traumatised is a prostituted area is not for kids I was pissed โ
