โI enjoyed the customer service by my host, Warren. He was so accommodating to my needs and questions. This was far better than a corporate chain of hotels. From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour! I would recommend this place to book whenever you are in Johannesburg, South Africa. I will be booking here again in the future! ๐โ
โExcellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and very good food. There are 2 restaurants, both good but suggest doing advance booking for the Pot Luck Club restaurant, it is very good. Hotel is in safe area, can walk down to Melrose Arch through park, no problem.โ

โUpon arrival we were greeted by two sweet pups, Molly and Maggie. This instantly made us feel at home. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our change of plans. Plus, the food was outstanding! โ
โOverally safe and good. but had some difficulty using key (not contactless) Every time I take elevator I need to pull out the key and insert in the slot on the elevator, worst of that one of 3 elevator is broken and another elevator has problem with card slot. All in all the only one is available. However, If the elevator with broken card slot if open, it stop another elevator to come to the floor. It is terrible to go up from the ground to my room. โ
โIt is a very eclectic hotel with unique lounging areas on the different floors. Staff were great and breakfast was good. There was an issue with no curtains or shades on the door to one of the balconies in our room but being on the 3rd floor mitigate any exposure. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in Johannesburg again โ

โThe overall experience was just okayโฆ upon arrival we didnโt get much help because we paid online so that was a problem for them and so we had to wait, the rooms were clean nothing too exciting, we also had to ask for toiletries cause the room wasnโt prepared for us and the dstv wasnโt paid for.โ
