โThe staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room. We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. Iโm not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.
Iโm being picky hoping Iโm being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. โ
โNot great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.โ

โThere were no cocktails to be had At All ! The pillows need changing as they are like bricks and the Showers need a shower mat as it becomes very, very slippery.

โA converted old building of council offices to a hotel. Stained glass windows, parquet flooring, wide corridors and nice bedrooms. Big ensuite and comfortable bed. โ
