โThis was our second stay at 40 winks and it was even better! Warn welcome, beautiful decor, delicious breakfast. Host went out of his way to make our visit run smoothly as we were here for a graduation ceremony. We will be back. Didnโt have time to use the new bar so we must return!! โ
โNot great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.โ
โI have stayed here many times and never had any faults the rooms are very clean and all on ground level a private door into the pup and the meals are excellent with a good choice, breakfast is super , hotel is off the main road so is very quiet โ
โAlways a pleasure to return to this hotel. Friendly staff and lovely rooms. Each one seems to be different but comfortable. The hotel layout is a bit quirky but all part of the charmโ

We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. Iโm not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.
Iโm being picky hoping Iโm being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. โ

โLovey residence in a quiet area, close to the centre of a small town. Parking outside. Very clean and neat room with en-suite facilities. Excellent value for money. Stayed for 1 night on business. โ
โHotel swimming pool was awful. Dirty shower location and also pool condition. Also pool guide lady was no sense of service.
Hotel can't get 4 star grade. Very old and also breakfast was unexpectable why I pay that money.โ
