Worst hotel that I have stayed in a long time. Desk attendants were not friendly. The condition of the hotel was terrible with big holes and stains in hallway and room carpets. Toilet wouldn’t flush and lid was very loose. Cockroach was on bed cover in the morning. Room smelled musty and 2nd floor hallway smelled like sewer. Microwave in room did not work. 1st floor ice machine didn’t work. Orange juice machine at breakfast didn’t work. Big holes in drywall in the room. Towels were small and thin. Many outlets in room didn’t work. Location was good, but traffic exiting the parking lot on a busy feeder road was challenging to get out.

This was a great place to sleep on clean sheets, get a hot shower, and get out the door and on the way. The parking lot was well lit, and there was no bothersom foot traffic nearby. The room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I could tell that the owners are working to keep the place clean. The room we were in felt clean, and the sheets and towels were clean and in good shape. Some people will be bothered because it's a bit shabby around the edges. The electrical outlets on the bedside table were too loose to use for charging our phones, so we had to use the wall outlet. There was peeling veneer on the back of the bathroom door and the overflow drain cover in the bathtub/shower was missing.

Lobby is nice, updated and clean but get to the rooms and they smell like cigarettes and we killed 2 roaches in our room. We were uneasy about sleeping in the bed but we only stayed one night so we didn’t see the need to throw a fit otherwise i would’ve asked for a refund.

Pictures of this property are so deceiving. Hotel is pet friendly in ALL rooms. There were fleas that bit one of my kids and roaches in rooms. Carpets are filthy, shower curtain was being held by piece of wood. Hotel did not want to do anything about the situation even though we notified them of the incident with in 10min of checking in. Said they could not refund us and there was no supervisor we could talk to.

The first problem was the tub had no stopper for a bath. The receptionist said she’d call housekeeping. Never happened. There was no hot water for five days. The pool was closed by the Harris County health department. The gym was permanently closed. Housekeeping changed the towels every day but only made the bed every other day. The tv had a webpage pop up that said I had to join something to watch. I ask the desk clerk. He said “we fix”. Nothing happened. The room was clean and comfortable.

Decent place to stay for the price

Overall a clean hotel and close to all type of restaurants and stores. Someone was smoking and the hallways and elevator smelled like smoke which was horrible for me and our son due to breathing issues. Our room key kept messing up and the air conditioner made this ridiculously loud noise. It’s a nice place to stay if you don’t plan on being in your room long. Oh and the pool was cold and some strange man kept walking around the building trying to get us to tell him where our room was which was very weird (luckily my husband was never more then a few feet away)

Although this hotel is located in a wonderful location with a lot of restaurants walking distance, the hotel itself is terrible. The first room I was assigned had no lock on the door. The second room was beyond filthy! Cockroaches in both the bathroom and on the room door, black mold growing on the walls in the bathroom, blood stains on the carpet, and random wet spots on the carpet. Checked out after 3 hours. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Location is very hard to get to. Staff training. The place smells very strong The room sheets were clean but the floors. Stained. Look like blood. We saw. Roach coming out of fridge. The walls are dirty. I’m glad I have a purple light and self clean a bit before I sleep. Beds were comfort Breakfast was 2 out of 5 only because the waffle machine. No juices or water
