Our room was dirty, including dust in the corners and accumulated dirt and splotches of dried food on the tops of both night stands. Bedroom linens were clean as well as the sinks and toilet. But lots of dirt and grime elsewhere.

Do not stay here!!!! This was by god the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I was traveling with my friend and her son so before i made a reservation I called the hotel directly to ensure a crib could be available and if we could have connecting rooms( website and Expedia said yes but I wanted to confirm) the receptionist said yes they had cribs available for $10/day and there was no ability for rooms to connect, I said okay and made my reservation afterwards two weeks in advance before my stay specifying the need for a crib. When we arrived at the hotel and checked in we asked if the crib could be sent to one of the rooms, we were told yes right away by a worker then a female manager came by and said they had no cribs and never had cribs stating it’s not even listed on their website which was a lie I showed her directly where on the website for that location it states “cribs available” as well as the Expedia page stating cribs available AND my special request asking for a crib. Additionally one of the rooms did have the ability to have a connecting room so we asked if we could have the room on the other side of the door. We were told no because doing so would “void our deposit” and if we tried to get into the room they would know and take our deposit anyway. Don’t even get me started on how one of the rooms had a tile hole where a sink was ripped out plus bodily fluid stains on the curtains and furniture Overall terrible reception staff and management

Room was horrible terrible. I had already booked my room for two days. Stay contact the property ask can I check in early? The young lady told me yes when I got there it was a totally different story. Not only did she make me pay 60 something dollars for an extra day she also charge me a 40 hour deposit. The room was horrible stains on the wall the sink everything was ridiculous and when it was time for me to check out this morning. The guy came banging on the door yelling and screaming and told me that it was checkout time and if I don’t check out within 10 minutes, they were gonna keep my deposit I have yet and still to receive my deposit back to my account as promised I would not recommend anyone to stay there. That hotel is unlivable. It needs to be shut down and everything renovated from top to bottom, worst experience of my life.

When I went up the elevator, I came out to the hallway it’s smells. So bad and the tub needs some maintenance. The floors need to be fixed when I was walking I feel like I was gonna fall through the floor of the room and I also seen a roach in the restroom so terrible. It’s sad. They need to get it together. and the breakfast that they were serving thumbs down.
