"The hotel housed homeless individuals. People were smoking and drinking all around the hotel. I felt unsafe. I didn’t feel comfortable being on the first floor and didn’t want to leave my car unattended. I observed drug use and sales in and around the hotel. I was very disappointed with my stay. The room smelled of cigarettes and I had bedbugs. "
